Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to PrudenceDavis.com or purchasing our products. By subscribing to our services or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Subscription and Pricing

1.1. PrudenceDavis.com, operated by Prudence Davis ApS, offers online training video subscriptions for 124 DKK, including VAT.

1.2. Prices for physical products will be as quoted on our website on the product pages.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment for subscriptions and products is due upon registration or purchase and will be charged to your chosen payment method.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

3. Subscription Benefits

3.1. With your subscription, you gain access to our library of training videos for the duration of your subscription.

3.2. Your subscription may be used for personal and non-commercial use only.

4. Physical Products

4.1. Shipping: Shipping costs vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

4.3. Returns: You may return physical products within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

4.4. Warranty: Our products come with a 24 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, except for food products. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

5. Charitable Contribution

5.1. PrudenceDavis.com, operated by Prudence Davis ApS, is committed to environmental sustainability. As a part of our mission, 1.5% of your subscription fee, and 1.5% of any physical store purchases, will be donated to initiatives dedicated to removing CO2 from the atmosphere.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that we do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid.

6.2. To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support at email@prudencedavis.dk.

7. Studio Experiences at "A Space to Breathe”

7.1. Experience Packages: Customers can purchase individual experiences or a package containing multiple experiences.

7.2. Expiration: Any unused experiences within the package solutions will expire after 200 days and cannot be refunded or carried over.

7.3. Booking: All experiences must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Availability is subject to capacity and schedule.

7.4. Refunds and Cancellations: We do not offer refunds for purchased experiences or packages. If you need to reschedule an experience, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the experience being forfeited.

7.5. Health and Safety: By booking an experience, you acknowledge that you are physically fit to participate in the activities offered at "A Space to Breathe." We reserve the right to refuse participation if we deem that a customer is unfit or poses a risk to themselves or others.

7.6. Liability: Prudence Davis ApS is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise during participation in studio experiences. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before engaging in any new physical activities.

8. Privacy and Data

8.1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Use of Content

9.1. All content provided through the subscription service is the property of PrudenceDavis.com and Prudence Davis ApS, and is protected by copyright laws. You may not distribute, reproduce, or modify our content without our explicit written permission.
